How to Recover Your Data

Did you lose your data? Here's how to get it back:

  • If you can still run the DS-Client backup software, start the software and browse for your lost file(s). Then use the DS-Client software to restore them onto your PC.
  • If your PC has crashed, was stolen or does not work, please contact us from 9am - 5pm Mon.-Fri. using the form at right. We'll email you a link to the DS-Client software, which you can install onto a different PC in order to recover your lost files.
